Constructed in the 1850s, 114 W Michigan Ave has existed nearly as long as the city of Ypsilanti itself — and today stands as a vibrant reflection of the city’s spirit.
Over its nearly 200-year history, the ground floor of 114 W Michigan Ave has housed various retail stores as eclectic as the city — including Unicorn Feed & Supply Co, which closed in 2023 and after which we’ve named the building. Today, the building is home to Yours Truly, the premiere event venue in Ypsi.
Atop the storefront are two loft apartments with soaring ceilings, historic details, and unbeatable views of downtown.
